Eccomi qui a provare a partecipare a Re-cake 2.0.
Dopo qualche mese di assenza ecco che riprovo a partecipare con la ricetta dei Base integrali con salmone.
Ho seguito la ricetta così come nelle indicazioni e nel regolamento. Ho variato leggermente il ripieno.
Non sono molto soddisfatta, perché i miei sono rimasti un po’ troppo umidi, però la ricetta merita di riprovare.
Per il ripieno ho adoperato
– Straccetti di salmone
– yogurt greco
– germogli di fagiolo mungo
– fettine molto sottili di limone
– olio, sale
