Qualche giorno fa, ho ricevuto una mail da Tania di Dulcis In Furno, con l’invito a partecipare ad ua iniziativa che ci dovrebbe convolgere tutte, specie noi donne. Aderisco quindi volentieri con questo post alla Campagna Nastro Rosa, che nasce con l’obiettivo di ampliare la cultura della prevenzione nel campo della salute, in particolare si propone di sensibilizzare le donne sulla necessità di sottoporsi ad opportuni esami per prevenire il tumore del seno.
La ricetta è semplice, quasi banale: Ho preso la barbabietola e con il mini pimer l’ho ridotta a crema. Ho preso la ricotta, ho aggiunto un cucchiaio di zucchero, e aggiunto la barbabietola. Ho mescolato il tutto che ha assunto un bellissimo colore rosa.
Nel bicchiere ho messo i mirtili essicati, sopra con la sac a poche ho messo la spuma di ricotta. Per decorare ho aggiunto tre stelline di zucchero ovviamente rosa. Ho tenuto i bichieri in frigo per un paio di ore, prima di servirli in tavola.
Ingredienti per 4 porzioni
250 gr di ricotta 2 cucchiai di zucchero 50 gr. barbaietola rossa 10 gr. mirtilli essicati stelline di zucchero per decorare
